Yes as you've correctly read it, the title does indeed say that Ashley and Jared have gone their separate ways. a few sites have claimed that this is true. But neither Ashley's or Jared's rep have spoken so, let's hope this is just another rumor. However if it isn't, we wish both of them the very best.
UsMagazine.com: High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale and Jared Murillo have split, a source tells Us.
"They have not been dating for awhile now," the source says. "They just grew apart, but are remaining friends."
The couple began dating in March 2007.
Last October, Tisdale, 23, told Us she was "really good" with Murillo, 20, a dancer on HSM and member of boy band V Factory.
Dates nights included "going out to dinner and just normal stuff like that," she said.

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL star ASHLEY TISDALE has reportedly split from dancer boyfriend JARED MURILLO.
The 23-year-old singer/actress began dating Murillo - a dancer on the High School Musical tour and a member of boyband V Factory - in March last year (08).
But the couple has now decided to call time on their romance, according to UsWeekly.com.
A source tells the website, "They have not been dating for a while now. They just grew apart, but are remaining friends."

In the movie, also starring Doris Roberts, a group of kids who must protect their Maine vacation home from invading aliens.
