Ashley Tisdale takes a short break to give us a behind-the-scenes look at her Shape magazine photo shoot.

The 23-year-old High School Musical hottie dished on her exercise routine, de-stressing and her awesome trainer. She shared, “I really am never bored. I have a good looking trainer as well - Chris. It’s so exciting with him, it’s fun, because he understands my goals and we have a blast.”

Ashley also says, “I also have a back injury and it was like hurting me for months. It wasn’t until I really started working out — like a couple days a week — that it stopped. I feel it’s really important to feel healthy and I feel so much better because my core is strengthened and that helps my back a lot.”

Forty-nine songs from eligible movies are contending for three to five Oscar nominations in the Original Song category, it was announced in Beverly Hills.

Eleven of the possible nominees come from the "High School Musical 3: Senior Year" soundtrack, including "A Night to Remember," "Can I Have This Dance," "Walk Away," "Now or Never," "Scream," "Right Here Right Now," "High School Musical," "The Boys Are Back," "Just Getting Started," "Just Wanna Be with You" and "I Want It All."

High School Musical hotties and BFFs Ashley Tisdale and Olesya Rulin strut their stuff down the street as they do some holiday shopping at Planet Blue in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon. Earlier in the day, Ash also had her hair done at Byron & Tracey salon in Beverly Hills.

Ashley, 23, covers the January 2009 issue of Shape in a bright yellow bikini. She shares with ET, “It was actually my first time taking pictures in a bathing suit, so I was really nervous.” Ashley also opens up about the 2007 nose job she had done to help her breathe.

Entertainment Tonight: 'High School Musical' star Ashley Tisdale reveals what keeps her motivated to maintain her fabulous figure. In an interview with Shape magazine, the 23-year-old actress says she reevaluated her exercise goals after injuring her back on the set of the TV series "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody." "It was a bad fall, and it really started hurting when I was dancing on tour." Ashley was always petite and says that at first, she "hated" the gym, which "felt like torture" compared to the exercise she got while performing in the 'High School Musical' movies that didn't seem like work at all. "I was always super thin -- too skinny, actually. I felt like someone could break me in half." The actress says that a big motivator for her in the gym now is her personal trainer, Christopher Hebert, with whom she's been working with for about eight months. "He's cute, which makes it fun, and he never lets our exercise session get boring."...

Wow! Maddie is BACK! At least for one episode. Ashley returns to the show as London’s (Brenda Song) BFF, Maddie Fitzpatrick and gains a new friend in Bailey (Ryan). In the brand-new episode entitled, “Maddie on Deck,” Maddie captures the heart of 8-year-old prince, Jeffy of Linchtenstamp, and she’s even more surprised to find out he wants her hand in marriage. It’s again, up to Zack and Cody (Dylan and Cole Sprouse) to win back Maddie’s honor.

The episode airs Friday, January 16th @ 8 PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.
